Ingredients :
extra virgin olive oil
1/2 white onion, finely chopped
1 clove of peeled garlic
500g of diced porcini mushrooms
100ml of red wine
1 loaf of Tuscan bread, sliced and toasted

Method :

1. Heat the oil in a medium-sized saucepan, add the garlic and onion and let it brown.

2. Add the mushrooms and red wine. Let the wine evaporate. Once ready, serve the mixture on the slices of toast.
